Lynkha allows users to create personalized websites, splash pages, digital business cards, QR codes, and other interactive tools to showcase content and connect with audiences. You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

3. User Accounts

4. Payments & Subscriptions


Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

This license allows us to operate and grow the service but does not transfer ownership—you retain all rights to your content. Keep in mind that your content may be publicly accessible and shared by others.

We strongly advise against posting sensitive personal information (such as IDs, financial information, or confidential data).



8. Your Responsibility to Your Visitors and Customers


If you use Lynkha to collect information, donations, or payments from visitors (“End Users”), you are solely responsible for:


  1. How End Users interact with your site, links, or content.
  2. Ensuring compliance with data protection, consumer protection, and e-commerce laws.
  3. Handling payments, refunds, and customer communication in line with applicable laws and third-party payment provider policies.
  4. Making clear to End Users the terms of any products, services, or promotions you offer.


Lynkha does not take responsibility for disputes between you and your End Users.

If you receive monetary support (donations) through our features, you acknowledge these are voluntary contributions with no obligation to provide goods or services in return. Donation tools may not be used for unauthorized fundraising or causes without proper approval.



9. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity. You may cancel your account at any time.



10. Limitation of Liability


Lynkha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
